Cameron Klenski
Project Designer
Meet Cameron, our project designer.
Before moving to Boise with his wife in 2019, Cameron worked for a structural engineering firm in Bend, Oregon, specializing in industrial buildings and for Les Schwab’s existing buildings and new prototypes.
In his work, Cameron’s best quality is his high attention to detail. Even his wife mentions his tendency to have “OCD” with small things—a quirk that he uses to his advantage.
“Small details are often time consuming, but in the end it’s what sets you apart from the others,” Cameron said.
What’s Cameron’s favorite part about working at Braintree?
“Working with vastly unique backgrounds of other professionals. I’m not just working with 20 architects or interior designers, [I’m] working with hospitality, real estate, investors, etc.,” Cameron said. “And of course, the design team here at Braintree. I’m super thankful to be a part of a fun, growing team.”
Thanks for being a part of the team!
Velveth Simite
Architectual Project Manager
Meet Velveth, our Architectural Project Manager.
Prior to working at Braintree, Velveth developed prototypes for restaurants and designed a new urban to-go concept located in Atlanta. She also designed hair salons and had a brief stretch in residential home building.
Velveth is a lifelong learner, and her love of learning has carried her far. She is always willing to grow her skills and figure out new ways of doing things in order to get the job done.
“After all, the stars are the limit!” Velveth said. “I also love working with people and know that in life and in work, ‘if we want to go far, we have to go together’ (Paul Oberschneider).”
What’s her favorite thing about working at Braintree?
“The people, environment and the culture. If any of those are missing, work becomes dreary and no longer enjoyable. The team of people in Idaho and Texas alike are great people to work with,” Velveth said.
Thanks for being part of the team!

Nick Oakes
Project Designer
Nick is a project designer who became interested in architectural drafting through his experience moving frequently when he was young.
“I always wanted to be the one that decided on the functionality and layout of the living space. This role is a great fit for me as it capitalizes on my high attention to detail, and I can provide a new perspective being fresh out of college.”
One of Nick’s favorite things about working at Braintree is the team he works with. He says, “the environment and culture that Braintree offers is like no other, it is outstanding.”
